Your files are yours. This page explains exactly what happens to them when you use Convertgix.

Conversions in your browser

Many of our converters, such as image and simple video conversions, run entirely in your browser. In that case your file is never uploaded to our servers.

Conversions on our servers

Some conversions, such as PDF to Word, need software that cannot run in a browser. For these, your file is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection, converted on our server in Europe and deleted automatically shortly after the conversion.

We never look at your files

We do not read, copy, share or sell your files. Conversions are fully automatic.
